Jiangxi Kaiyuan Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in 2012, is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of specialized equipment for rare earth permanent magnets. Recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a technology-based SME, the company brings more than 20 years of expertise in the rare earth magnet industry.
Jiangxi Kaiyuan is trusted by leading listed companies and state-owned enterprises—including Jinli Permanent Magnet, Anhui Earth Bear, Ningbo Yunsheng, Chinalco, and Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics. Beyond holding a significant domestic market share, the company exports to the United States, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, India, and North Korea.
Since its establishment, the company has innovatively developed six major equipment series for the NdFeB industry:
Fully automatic magnetic field presses (with automatic feeding, forming, and blank placement)
Isostatic presses (breaking through the bottleneck of one-step sintering automation)
Grain boundary diffusion furnaces
Pre-sintering magnet flexible cutting machines
Continuous sintering aging furnaces
Hydrogen decrepitating furnaces meeting international standards
All of these products are independently developed and protected by intellectual property rights. To date, Jiangxi Kaiyuan has filed 38 patent applications, including 11 granted invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 1 design patent. Two inventions have been filed under PCT, with additional patents under review. The company’s technical standards rank among the best domestically and approach the advanced level of similar international products.
Based in Ganzhou, the “Kingdom of Rare Earths” in China, Jiangxi Kaiyuan actively collaborates with institutions such as Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and Gannan Institute, reinforcing its strength in innovation and industrial application.
